We have a range of beginners yoga and pilates classes and courses to suit everyone’s needs. We want you to find the class or course that best suits your physical ability. Some of our beginners classes are very gentle, whilst others require a greater level of basic fitness before you begin. Check out the ability section of each class or course so that you know whether the class is easy, moderate or strong in nature.
