We’re The Yoga Rooms, an independently run, friendly and fun yoga and pilates studio based in Chorlton.
Whoever you are, you can belong here. Here’s why: we offer the widest range of classes of any yoga studio in the area, each run by a specialist teacher who is passionate about their field of expertise. This gives you a diverse schedule of yoga styles to try out depending on your needs, ability or mood.
From babies to older folks, absolute beginners to experienced yogis, whatever your size, gender, flexibility or level of fitness, we’d love to teach you. And you’ll be provided with all the kit you need in a beautiful, calm and comfortable space.
If you’re new to yoga and pilates and feeling apprehensive, you’re not alone. But trust us, once you step on one of our mats, you’ll never look back (except in certain poses). Explore our menu of classes, courses and workshops and get ready to begin your yoga journey with us.

Live & Online
It’s now possible to practice in-person in the studio but all our classes are also live streamed so you can choose which works best for you – come to classes in person or practice your regular classes online from the comfort of your own home.
Which ever works for you, you must pre book all classes now as we can no longer accept drop-in to the studio.
Pre book any of our In Studio classes or Online classes – all our classes are taught live by qualified instructors, so just choose the class and time that suits you and book on directly.
