Here’s a brief guide to getting started – a quick what-you-should-know about yoga for a total novice.
Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable in. For example you might like to wear a t-shirt and leggings or jogging bottoms. Socks and jumpers are optional for more gentle classes to keep warm. There’s no need to wear trainers as yoga and pilates are practiced bare foot.
We kindly request that you bring your own mat, although we do have a limited amount of mats that are available to be borrowed.

All classes are pre-book so that we can cap numbers to maintain social distancing within the studio. If you’d like to join any of our classes use the online booking or contact information provided to book.
If it’s your first yoga class, we recommend you contact the teacher in advance to check it’s suitable for you.
