Mat Based Pilates is a method of practicing various movements based upon the key principles of breathing, control, concentration & flow. Pilates can be extremely beneficial in improving lower back pain, balance, joint mobility, core stability & help promote relaxation.
The classes are taught in a safe, welcoming & friendly environment in which Laura will explain different variations & alternatives to each exercise.
Classes are open to all levels including absolute beginners.
