Finding balance is a fundamental part of yoga. Somatic Yoga allows that balance to be achieved using initiative and intuition to integrate and assimilate emotions, thoughts, and internal feedback in a unique to the participants with guidance from the teacher.

Laura’s class brings meditation and movement together with invitations to work in rather than work out.

Bringing our attention to the breath is a beautiful yogic necessity, but extending past that, she will guide rather than direct.
