Yoga has been beneficial to many parts of my health in recent years, and I wish to share this experience with other people. I had taught gymnastics and found yoga at a similar time; I liked incorporating components of yoga and designing stretching sequences into my warm-ups.
I am now studying Physiotherapy, which has provided me with several opportunities to teach classes during placements for various patients in different settings. I’ve been practicing yoga for a few years and recently travelled to India to understand more about the origins and history of yoga. I value different styles of yoga, including hatha and ashtanga, to draw inspiration from for my practice and teaching.
