These ten week breath and Yoga courses include lots of floor based preparatory body and breath work, leading in to more flowing, dynamic sequences of mindful movement.

Within these classes elements of breath work will teach you to pay more attention to how you breathe and learn practices that promote wellness and restore vitality.

Classes end with a long cool down and relaxation.

Movement and breath practices are progressed through each course to develop strength, flexibility and a sense of calm.

This class is suitable for those who already have experience of flowing styles of yoga.

I have a tiered system for payments. These 10 week courses cost £120 or £90 or £60. Please choose the level of payment which feels possible for you.

I teach this class both in-person and online on Wednesday nights and in-person only on Tuesdays.
