Sarah and Jane are a teaching team. They will guide you to calm your body and mind through yoga postures, breath work and mindful meditation practices. Sarah and Jane are committed to sharing a heart felt and therapeutic yoga practice with all that join them.

Sarah Clare Lawrence

Formally a registered nurse, Sarah changed the direction of her career and her health in 2013 when she trained as a yoga teacher in Hong Kong. Since then Sarah has completed over 850 hours of certified yoga teacher training’s plus Reiki healing certifications to the level of Reiki master. Sarah has used yoga and Reiki healing to transform her physical and mental well-being. She has recovered from a lower back injury, depression and anxiety. Sarah strives to inspire others to empower themselves with the tools to transform their lives.

Jane Lawrence

Jane began practicing yoga in 2013 to help ease long standing lower back pain. As a former dancer, Jane was extremely flexible so used the yoga postures to build muscular strength and improve postural alignment. Jane trained to be a yoga teacher in 2015 in Thailand. Jane is also trained in Yoga for Trauma; her classes are friendly, welcoming and trauma sensitive. Jane loves to see her students take on new challenges and to watch their progress.
