This is a gentle class suitable for

Flow into the day is a gentle vinyasa class to mindfully wake up our bodies and get things moving in the best way. Variations will be given in poses so you can decide how strong you are feeling in the moment.
The class will end with a short meditation, allowing you to get your thoughts in order before the business of the day overtakes them.
