This is a gentle class suitable for
  • All Levels

Designed to help you move with intention, awareness, and compassion, this class embraces mindful movement to foster harmony between the mind, body and breath.

You’ll be invited to synchronise your breath and movement as you gradually enter the postures. Dynamic yet gentle repetitions will help you to develop stability and flexibility while exploring how to best adapt the postures to suit your body’s needs.

The practices explore the balance between effort and ease and offer space to find stillness, creating a soothing and nurturing experience. Optional modifications and props will be offered, encouraging curiosity throughout the practice. Sessions will close with a generous relaxation along with breath work or meditation.

Join us for a class that goes beyond physical postures and will leave you feeling refreshed.

Whilst all bodies and abilities are welcome, you’ll need to be able to get up and down off the floor without assistance to attend.
