The guiding themes of all Sally’s classes are compassion and rest, moving slowly and mindfully with the body, breath, and mind, and developing a personal practice that can be used in everyday life.

This class is tailored to those experiencing fatigue or stress and is suitable for anyone wanting to slow down.

We start with some very gentle limbering, before moving into and staying in a series of restorative poses. Nestled and supported by props and blankets, we begin to fully release our muscles, finding deep nourishment, rest, and relaxation. Overtime we may include gentle breathing practices, yoga philosophy, mantra, and meditation, as well as long relaxations.

The class involves working on the floor and there is a single flight of stairs to access the studio. Please take as much time as you need and let me know if there is any way I can support you in accessing this class.
