Lili Ward

Lili has been practising yoga for over 10 years. Through career changes, travel, and the many twists and turns of everyday life, yoga has remained a constant place of grounding she could always return to. In 2024, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, a transformative experience that deepened her practice and inspired her to begin sharing yoga with others.

Her teaching style leans towards restorative, calming practices balanced with gentle, more energising flows – creating a blend of grounding and warmth.

Lili is also one of the Community Leaders for Chorlton Yoga Social Club, a space that brings like-minded people together through a shared passion for yoga and connection. She is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can slow down, reset, and experience the same sense of balance and calm that yoga has brought to her
