
Beth Maye
Bethan Maye is a dedicated yoga teacher with a heart-centered approach to movement, breath, and stillness. With over a decade of personal practice and a teaching journey that began in 2021, she weaves together the wisdom of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra to create deeply nourishing experiences for her students.
Her teaching is guided by a belief in yoga as a path to self-discovery, balance, and transformation. Through intentional sequencing, breathwork, and moments of rest, Bethan holds space for others to soften, release, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.
