During the postnatal period it is important to exercise carefully. Yoga offers a gentle way to stretch out tense areas and to tone and strengthen areas that feel weak.
These classes offer a relaxed, friendly, supportive environment where you can meet other new mums and bond with your baby.
You can start a course anytime after your baby is 8 weeks old and babies stay in class right up until they get really mobile. That time varies from baby to baby as they all start moving in different ways and at different times. Some will be crawling around 8 months, for others it can be a lot later – 10- 11 months. You are welcome to stay in class for as long at you are both enjoying it
Each student has their own 8 week rolling block which can be taken within a specific 10 week period.
