Maryline started Yoga in 2001 after moving from France to London and taking on a stressful job in the City. Growing up competing in endurance sports, she found in Yoga a wonderful combination of physical and breath awareness and qualified with Yogacampus in 2007. Since then, her interest in the body-mind connection has gradually increased and she now specialises in Restorative Yoga alongside teaching prenatal & postnatal Yoga.
Her classes incorporate mindful movements that gently stretch the body and mobilise the spine. She uses meditation, Yoga Nidra, somatic, restorative and breathing techniques to settle the mind and restore energy levels.
Maryline’s words of encouragements in classes help achieve greater peace and the feeling of letting go. Her sessions are soothing and rejuvenating. Inspired by Canadian teacher Barrie Risman and Manchester legend Jane Craggs, she also qualified as a Yoga Nidra facilitator with Uma & Nirlipta Dinsmore-Tuli and teaches weekly in Manchester & Knutsford.
