These ten week breath and Yoga courses include lots of floor based preparatory body and breath work, leading in to more flowing, dynamic sequences of mindful movement.

Within these classes elements of breath work will teach you to pay more attention to how you breathe and learn practices that promote wellness and restore vitality.

Classes end with a long cool down and relaxation.

Movement and breath practices are progressed through each course to develop strength, flexibility and a sense of calm.

For more advanced practitioners, this class will offer more challenging asana and sequences and students must have had prior experience of Vinyasa Yoga or have attended the Breath and Flow course.

I have a tiered system for payments. These 10 week courses cost £120 or £90 or £60. Please choose the level of payment which feels possible for you.
