This ten week Vinyasa Yoga course focuses on flowing, dynamic sequences while incorporating plenty of still points in which to restore and re-engage with the breath.
To complement the flowing practice there will be elements of Restorative and Yin Yoga, breathing practices and mediation work. All these elements build into a sequence which will develop strength, flexibility and a sense of calm. Each course having a different focus.
This class is suitable for those who already have experience of Vinyasa Yoga or have attended the beginners course.
It is possible to attend this class for some time to build more strength, flexibility and in-depth knowledge of postures before moving up to the advanced class.
