Laura’s Morning Movement is designed to energise and encourage the flow of prana throughout the body. As we approach the weekend, it’s the best time to harness positive feelings of life and light.

Setting intentions in yoga and meditation brings us closer to reaching our goals. Joining breathwork with movement and visualisation create mindfulness. This class brings flow, breath and some free movement.
