This 8 week course will focus on the Gluteal complex.

Strengthening the glutes helps to support the lower back. When we’re loading the legs in standing if the glutes are not firing effectively the lower back will take the load of the body and cause lower back compression.

Glute work will help with hip function and reduced hip tightness.

The course will combine glute strengthening and deep abdominal work, which will lead to improved posture and improved total body strength.

This course is a great place for someone with no Pilates experience to begin to gain the benefits of this therapeutic practice but is equally useful to anyone who already practices but wants to take their practice to the next level.
