Chorlton Arts Festival

Laura works with yoga, somatic, language and semiotics to create a unique art form where movement can be used to trigger creative flare as an outlet for creating art through, movement, language, poetry and other artistic or creative expressions.

The workshop will work with somatic yoga and journalling with the opportunity for some artistic expression, too. The somatic yoga sessions will be guided and facilitated rather than directed, so there will be space to move intuitively and with agency. Guided postures will be invites to help release or harness energies to stimulate creativity.
